On Monday, September 9th, 20 members of the Barcelona Music Tech Hub (BMTH) gathered at the fantastic venue of The Venue Barcelona to celebrate the sixth Stand-Up Meeting (SUM VI). 

With this meet-up, the association resumes its activity after the summer, and kicks off its action program from September to December. Among the outstanding events in the coming months in which we will participate are the following:

• Merge Madrid (09/10/2024)
• Music Tech Hub Presentation in Madrid (10/10/24)
• Valencia Digital Summit (23-24/10/2024)
• Tech Spirit Barcelona (11-12/12/2023)

During his speech, the president of the Hub, Jose Luis Zagazeta, reviewed the actions carried out in the first half of the year, announced the opening of the second cycle of Music Tech Europe Academy, and explained the details of the collaboration established with The Venue Barcelona and the opportunities that this brings to all members. 

The meeting was also the ideal moment to stage the recent formalization of the international agreement between BMTH and MUSTACH, the musictech Hub of Chile. It was a great pleasure to have their representatives as guests, and to start promoting the relationships between our ecosystems. 

At the end of the presentation, and as usual in these meetings, the Hub team facilitated networking for the associates and guests present. We would like to sincerely thank all of them for their participation and the team of The Venue Barcelona for welcoming us, once again, in their magnificent facilities.
