Within the framework of the 2022 edition of Sónar+D, the Barcelona Music Tech Hub (BMTH) co-organised, together with Music Tech Europe (MTE), a pitch session so that emerging players from the MusicTech sector in Barcelona could present their projects innovators to public authorities, investors and industry professionals.

Thus, startups such as La Cúpula Music, OffBeat, Acqustic, RecordJet, Ringo, Singa, Unison Rights, Voctro Labs and Guzzu had the opportunity to meet and explain their trajectory and their value offer to the sector.

Through participation in events such as Sónar+D, and in collaboration with other organizations that have shared objectives, BMTH seeks to create spaces where professionals, startups, investors and developers can meet and promote the MusicTech industry in Barcelona and southern Europe. 

Music Tech Europe (MTE) is a network of companies and business organizations at European level whose main objective is to develop bridges and opportunities for cooperation between the technology sector and the music industry.

Sónar+D is an international congress that explores how creativity modifies our present and imagines new futures, in collaboration with researchers, innovators and leaders from the business world. Since 2013, this interdisciplinary meeting has brought together leading artists, creative technologists, musicians, filmmakers, designers, thinkers, scientists, entrepreneurs, makers and hackers in Barcelona to participate in a carefully selected program focused on inspiration and networking.
